Fused cast α-β Alumina Block
series fused cast alumina brick is fused cast refractory of Alumina series formulated from superior high purity raw material and manufactured in specialized electric arc kiln above 2000°C. The products are classified by the different composition proportion between alpha-alumina and beta-alumina.
RT-M is composed of corundum, B-Alumina and small amount of glass phase.lt has superior corrosion resistance at the temperature up to 1350′C,zero bubble rate and pollution free to molten glass. It is an ideal material for the sidewall,paver of cooling zone or working end and the float canals of high quality glass furnaces.
RT-H consists of B-Alumina crystal and little corundum,which is responsible for an excellent erosive proof to alkali vapors and good thermal-shock resistance at high temperature.nt is suitable for rear jamb wall,port arch and feeder entrance covers cf high quality glass fumaces.
